Sunbeam has been featured on the list of the "Fair Company" initiative since November 2009. 

Sunbeam pledges to comply with the following rules in terms of its employees:

• We do not fill regular full-time positions with interns, volunteers, trainees, etc.
• We do not offer internships as consolation to college graduates who have applied for a permanent position.
• We do not lure interns with the vague prospect of a full-time job.
• We offer internships primarily as a means of vocational guidance for those still in the training phase.
• We provide our interns with adequate compensation.
