We take care of your website

We program new features and modify your layout to make sure your website is always up to date. We are also happy to assist and advise you with the management of your website to help ensure that all inquiries are handled quickly and efficiently. We offer a variety of communication channels, including a telephone hotline, email address and a support ticket system. 

Reliable performance

Our ticketing system ensures that support requests can be conveniently reported and processed.  After the request is entered into the ticket system by the client, it is received by a contact person at Sunbeam and assigned for processing.  Once the task is completed, the ticket is marked "done." Automatic status change notifications can be sent by email, for instance to inform the client that the task has been completed.

Server monitoring

We use the Nagios software program to monitor the accessibility of the web server and other services. Once a service or a host reaches a predetermined critical value or becomes entirely unavailable, Nagios sends alerts by email, text message, pager, instant message or telephone. We can also determine in what order notifications should be sent to other contacts if an error has not been resolved after the first round (escalation management).

Availability

Our telephone hotline is staffed between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Outside of office hours, requests are forwarded to the system administrator's mobile phone.

Depending on the client’s support plan, rapid responses can be arranged, even on weekends.
